PalaRuffini

The Palasport Ruffini, more commonly called PalaRuffini, is located in the Ruffini Park, in Turin. It was designed by the architect Annibale Vitellozzi in 1961 for the centenary of the unification of Italy. Its seating capacity is 4,500. The PalaRuffini is an important point of reference for the sports movement in the city.

Buona domenica Pietro!

It's such a very different structure from many sports venues. It is very Italian! I like it.

Thanks for visiting Norwich Daily Photo and leaving your comment. Come back tomorrow!

That looks like an inviting place. It must be something to behold inside if it can hold so many.

Even the effect of seeing it through the fence is nice.

I love how this very interesting looking building is framed by the trees and their green buds. Nice job Pietro.

Hi Pietro,
Thanks for your nice comment on my husband's photos. I agree with Naomi and with you about the animals. In this Circus there are not animals, it is a Theater Circus, and in the first photo, we can see the name of the play they will perform: "Today Piska Piska and the Power of Átila". I guess that Piska is the name of the actor.
Have a nice week ahead as well.

Very interesting architecture. The trees look the same as in NYC, the leaves are just beginning to come out.
